Mark Finkelpearl

Mark Finkelpearl is a 23-year veteran of the documentary & non-fiction television business. A filmmaker and television executive with a background on the staffs of Discovery Channel, TLC, Travel Channel, and National Geographic Television, he's worked on well over 500 hours of commercial programming. A music fanatic from an early age, Finkelpearl recently released his own independent doc on Austin, Texas music legend, Jon Dee Graham. Entitled Swept Away, it was met with critical praise and is now available on DVD. Finkelpearl began his career at WQED/Pittsburgh in the Eighties. He has lived in Santa Monica, CA; Sun Valley, Idaho; and he currently resides in Washington, DC.
