			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Congressional  Black Caucus Foundation is seeking new         works (produced in 2009 or later) by black directors and/or  producers,         or films that highlight the black experience. Films and videos  of         all genres and lengths are welcome.  Preference will be given to         films that exemplify the 2010 conference theme, &#8220;Celebrating the         Vision&#8230;Continuing the Journey&#8230;Advancing the Mission.&#8221;</p>
<p><em><strong>All entries must be received by April 7, 2010 at 5pm.</strong></em></p>

<li><em>Whether         the film is available in DVD format</em></li>
<li><em>Booking         contact email, phone number, website if available</em></li>
<li><em>Film         stills at 300 dpi as tiff or jpeg</em></li>

<p>Create a short 30-second video to show them how PBS is your PBS. Tell them what you engage in, what surprises you, and how PBS is a part of your everyday life.</p>
<p>The contest runs through April 18th, and the grand prize winner will receive an all-expense paid trip to PBS&#8217; Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas, as well as some other cool goodies like a custom Flip cam and PBS swag. There will also be an audience favorite and a few runner up selections, and the winning video may also air on PBS.</p>
