Free Online Seminar: NEH Film Grants

Join us on December 18, 2013 at 3pm (EST) for a free Google+ Hangout and get the inside track on the NEH’s funding process! Karen Kenton, Senior Program Officer at the NEH, will discuss the NEH’s funding guidelines and opportunities for filmmakers, and 14-time CINE Golden Eagle Award-winning filmmaker Lawrence Hott will present some of his NEH-funded projects. A Q&A with Karen and Larry will follow, moderated by CINE’s Director of Competitions, Betsy Walters.

Before registering, please note the following:

  • If you would like to participate in person (i.e., ask questions via webcam), please register below. You MUST have a webcam and a Google+ account to participate.
  • If you don’t want to be on-camera, you can live-stream the Hangout through CINE’s Google+ page and submit questions as you watch. Registration is not required to live-stream the Hangout.
  • Your Google+ URL can be found on your Google+ profile, under the "About" tab (in the box that says "Links").
    I understand that the session will be recorded and I give CINE permission to use the audio and video recording of me as well as any questions that I voluntarily submit. I also give CINE permission to disseminate the video online.
