Summary:
Jessie's Dad is an hour-long, observational, transparent documentary told from the point of view of Mark Lunsford, father of Jessie Lunsford, who was murdered in 2005. The film follows Mark as he ventures to Capitol Hill and state capitals to urge lawmakers to wise up and crack down on sex offenders.
